Each patient is a whole person, and physical therapy is central to improving wellness and prevention.

We’re building a family of patient-first focused physical therapy clinics across the U.S.
We believe that patient care must be humanized not industrialized, that patients must be treated as whole individuals, and that highly trained and purposefully committed physical therapists are integral to patients’ health.
You:
A physical therapist-owner of one or more clinics, the owner of a small chain of clinics, or a hospital/health system seeking to divest all or part of your physical therapy clinic business. Your business’ operations over the past three or more years have been profitable, with positive cash flow.
Us:
A non-PE consortium with deep healthcare industry and physical therapy-specific experience, expanding the scope of service offerings and enhancing the relationship between, and the satisfaction of, physical therapists and patients with the aim of improving wellness and prevention. Our lodestar is patient-first care: profit follows doing what’s best for the patient, it doesn’t determine it.

Together:
We acquire your physical therapy clinic business, in whole or in part, and preserve your legacy. We have no set-in-stone acquisition model and are eager to have you remain involved if you wish.
