During his years of practice, Dennis was sought out to handle disputes and defend enforcement actions brought by healthcare regulatory agencies; lead internal client reviews, investigations, and audits.

Nicole Miranda, PT, DPT, is a physical therapy clinician, educator, and consultant with 30 years of experience. Dr. Miranda has worked in acute care pediatrics, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, and home health settings. She is passionate about primary care physical therapy, drawing attention to the differential diagnosis of neurological and vestibular disorders, autonomic dysfunction, and immune system reactivity.
